Requirements

A flat fee of $50 will be added to the space fee for any typesetting or design work that needs to be provided.

Ads supplied digitally:
1. Ad must be composed in Macintosh format in one of the following software
programs:
QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat 4.
2. All fonts and artwork (EPS, TIFF, etc.) used must be provided.
3. Photo images should be scanned at a minimum of 150dpi/maximum of 300dpi. TIFF files are preferred.
4. Line art should not exceed 1200dpi.
5. Supplied via CD or Email (dave@frankendesign.com).

Billing

Payment preferred at time of insertion. Otherwise, invoice sent upon publication. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to accounts delinquent past 30 days.

All rates valid through December 31, 2005
