Sometimes, you try your hardest to do the best you can, and sadly you receive no sweet rewards. Bobby Spillman received his BS (Communications) from the University of Tennessee and his MFA (Painting) from the University of Memphis where he was the Little John Fellowship recipient. Spillman has been an art instructor at the University of Memphis and Memphis College of Art and taught at Bruce Elementary School. The 2014 Memphis in May Poster Artist (Panama), Spillman is currently the Visual Art Instructor at Houston High School.
