L Ross Gallery is pleased to announce a two-person exhibition for Nashville artist Lisa Jennings and Virginia sculptor Sandra Ehrenkranz. Titled Quietly Comes the Muse, the exhibit opens Friday, September 7, 6-8 pm with an opening reception honoring the artists at L Ross Gallery, 5040 Sanderlin, Suite 104, and continues through September 29.
Lisa Jennings creates warm narrative paintings through the use of hand-pigmented papers and acrylics on canvas. Her work is found in the permanent collection of the Tennessee State Museum, Nashville.
Sandra Ehrenkranz creates stunning clay and found object sculptures in her beautiful Virginia studio using clay from places she finds meaningful, including earth from her family farm, connecting the work to her roots.
