Memphis College of Art presents Varied Construct: MFA Thesis Exhibition, featuring the work of ten MFA candidates. The exhibition opens with a reception on April 7, and continues on view through April 28. This year’s spring MFA exhibition features a wide range of work, from large-scale paintings to nontraditional installations—including a constructed interior space with digital projections, and a walk-in environmental installation. The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday, noon–6 p.m.
Featured artists include Katherine Dean, Jordan Dobbs, Vanessa Gonzalez, Amy Hofstetter, Runyu Li, Joseph Moseley, Meredith Olinger, Mary Ruth Pruitt, Katie Schwehr and Katie Valdez.
